DOUBLE LENGTH GROOMING NUBS: Other grooming gloves have too short of grooming points to reach into thick full coats, so we upgraded the groomer points to double the length of similar gloves. We raise Bernese Mountain Dogs with thick longer haired coats. We saw the need for a grooming glove with longer stronger tips to help with shedding and tangle removal while still being gentle on doggy skin.
OCTAGON PYRAMID SHAPED GROOMER TIPS: This makes the nubs not bend over as easy and also the edges of the octagon pull through the hair with less effort then cone shaped points... Thus your animal enjoys the grooming more and you are less fatigued
BRUSHING NUBS ON FINGERS AND PALM: Why waste time with rounded nubs on part of the glove when you can groom and massage with your fingers and palm. First, I have never heard of this site before I found them online, always wary of that. This company is great, got grooming gloves quickly and got fast notification with extremely precise tracking location. The gloves run small, so order one size larger than you need, I got the medium and have very dainty hands and I had to squeeze my hand in the mediums. I was very happy with the quality and price. These gloves are a MUST have for deeper coats. I chose these because a few of my cats have thicker coats. However, they may be too good because my Cat’s reacted to the longer nubs as if I was coming after them with a knife, how dramatic! I had to pet the first with the back of the glove then try to gradually groom them with the pokey side. So in short.. EXCELLENT COMPANY, EXCELLENT SERVICE, great product, fast shipping, I think I just need to get the shorter nubs for my mello dramatic pets, lol. Don’t let my review deter you from getting for your dig or extra poofy cat, and don’t forget to get a size or two bigger

Best Dog Grooming Gloves Ever!

Love these gloves! If you have a long haired or double-coated dog like my sheltie's, you're going to want a pair of these. Especially if you have a fussy dog that doesn't like to be brushed as I do. I've tried other gloves, but the tips haven't been long enough to penetrate the fur and get the knots out like these.

Great for loosening undercoat

I have an older Newfoundland mix and Ridgeback mix. These grooming gloves work great on both dogs. My Newfie requires more attention especially during weather changes when his new coats come in. These gloves comfortably loosen his undercoat, allowing a rake comb finish the job without hurting or pulling the not so visible mats he sometimes gets after picking up those prickly weed balls in his coat. Another great benefit is how the gloves help to remove dry flaky skin and bring out the shine in his coat. By adding a little coconut oil onto the gloves and messaging it into his coat with the gloves, improves the shine that much more. The long bristles penetrate his thick coat allowing the coconut oil to get down to his skin and work with his natural oils to bring out the beautiful shine while soothing his itches. The fact that there are different sizes makes it so every family member can have a pair that fits great, which makes grooming less of a chore and more of a bonding experience. My Newfie loves it. I love that it doesn't hurt his tender skin . These are my second pair. First pair had a different brand name but after losing the first pair I attempted to order them again from the same Amazon seller as previously ordered through. Unfortunately, I was sent a cheap, smelly, knockoff, for twice the price, and immediately returned them. I'm so glad I found these through Children's Needs and for a great price. ?? I am very happy with my purchase and the speedy delivery. I highly recommend purchasing these through Children's Needs.

These are the best gloves ever for removing hair from long haired dogs. Not so much for real short hair. Best price anywhere, too. I bought 4 pairs for a couple of dollars more than all the other sites are selling one pair. Fast delivery and no tax or shipping for me. I would recommend this company to anyone. Made in China, like everything else, but for the price, you can't beat it.

These gloves work very well! We have a cat with a fluffy undercoat (May be part Norwegian Forest cat) that other gloves can’t get to bc the nubs are too rounded and too short. These gloves have longer and more pointed, but still soft, nubs that get through the top coat and really pull out that under coat. Would highly recommend for a fur ball like ours!

Pet grooming gloves

I was using a regular fine-ish toothed comb on our newly adopted, very long-furred cat, which does a great job. The cat likes it, I like it and it holds the fur so I can removed it to throw away cleanly. He loves the gloves as well, maybe a little more! However, the fur flies around the room (he's indoor only) with the gloves...the gloves don't 'hold' much of the fur. But that is our only complaint! He absolutely loves being gloved!
